Michele also serves as a University Supervisor for Sacramento State’s Single Subject Teaching Credential programs in Theatre and Dance, mentoring future arts educators. Her experience in K–12 arts education, teacher preparation, arts integration, and whole-school transformation informs NorCal Arts’ professional development, connecting research and standards with practical strategies educators can use in the classroom.
